OWLEAD Ascent “Sign up & Win” Trade Promotion – Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter

  2. Eligibility

    Open to Australian residents aged 18+. Not open to the Promoter’s employees, agents, or their immediate families. Trade promotion is free to enter.

  3. Promotion period

    Starts 1 September 2025 at 9:00am AEST and ends 23 September 2025 at 11:59 pm AEST. Entries received outside this period are invalid.

  4. How to enter

    During the Promotion Period, complete the entry form at https://owlead.com.au/win with required fields (first name, last name, work email, organisation, role) and select “Which best describes you?” (Legal or Vendor). One (1) entry per person/email. Automated and duplicate entries may be invalid.

  5. Prize(s)

    One (1) prize: 12-month Ascent Network membership (Legal or Vendor stream, winner’s choice) including access to programs, live sessions and templates; approximate retail value (ARV): USD 1,950 (AUD 2,988 incl. GST]. Total prize pool: USD 1,950 (AUD 2,988). Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash, but the winner may allocate the membership to a colleague within their organisation. If the winner has already joined on a paid plan, the prize will be supplied as a 12-month credit from the next billing date.

  6. Draw

    Random draw on 24 September 2025 at 9:00 AM AEST] at Promoter’s QLD office, using a randomised selection method. The first valid entry drawn wins. The Promoter may engage an independent scrutineer if required by law.

  7. Winner notification & publication

    Winner will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw and announced in the Free Ascent community and on LinkedIn on 24 September 2025. The Promoter may publish the winner’s first name/initial, and last name/initial and employer company. The winner also consents to the use of their image in the announcement posts.

  8. Unclaimed prize

    If the prize is not accepted or claimed within 14 days, a redraw will occur on at 9:00 AM on 15 October 2025 at the same location. The redraw winner will be notified by email within 2 business days and announced in the same channels.

  9. Verification

    The Promoter may request proof of identity, age, residency, and eligibility (e.g., a business email or government-issued ID). The Promoter may invalidate entries that are incomplete, indecipherable, or non-compliant.

  10. General conditions

    (a) If this Promotion is interfered with or not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated, the Promoter may, subject to the law, modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion.
    (b) Any costs associated with claiming or using the prize (if any) are the winner’s responsibility.
    (c) Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

  12. Permits

    No permits are required for this Promotion. The total prize pool is under $3,000 and the Promotion will be conducted nationally in accordance with the trade promotion requirements of each Australian state and territory.

  13. Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland (without excluding mandatory local laws that apply to entrants).
